Easy Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread: A Low Carb Crowd Favorite!


Ready for a new favorite snack? With the Super Bowl right around the corner, I thought you all would love this great recipe for easy Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread. It is amazing! It’s very filling and also very addicting! I made this easy keto cheesy garlic bread up as I went along, and it turned out incredible. This is sure to be a crowd pleaser for your next low carb get together. Add 1/4 cup of Tomato sauce to dip in, and you have a real treat!

It’s also unbelievably fast and easy! Enjoy delicious, cheesy, garlicy goodness in under half an hour.

Easy Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread Ingredients:


3/4 Cup – Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
1/2 Cup – Almond Flour
2 tbsp – Cream Cheese
1 – Large Egg
Garlic Powder to taste
Basil to taste
Oregano to taste
Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tbsp – Kerrygold Butter
2 – Cloves Garlic
Parchment Paper
Rolling Pin
Baking sheet
Toppings (For example Cheese, Bacon, Jalapeno, ect.)

Directions – Easy Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread


1. Place Mozzarella Cheese, seasonings, and Cream Cheese in microwave safe mixing bowl.

2. Microwave for 60 seconds.

3. Stir with a spatula.

4. Mix in almond flour and egg.

5. Stir with spatula until it forms a ball of “dough”.

6. Tear 2 large pieces of parchment paper and place “dough” ball in between them.

7. Using a rolling pin, roll out dough into desired shape and thickness. I suggest thicker, rather than skinnier.

8. Grease baking sheet and preheat oven to 425 degrees.

9. Transfer rolled out dough to baking sheet.

10. Using a fork, poke holes throughout crust to avoid bubbling.

11. Bake crust for 8 minutes at 425 degrees.

12. Remove crust from oven and use a fork to poke holes in any bubbles in crust.

13. Place crust back in oven for 2 minutes.

14. Place Kerrygold Butter and minced garlic in a microwave safe mug. Microwave garlic and butter for 40 seconds.

15. Remove crust from oven and paint with warm garlic butter. Liberally apply garlic butter to entire crust.

16. Top crust with mozzarella cheese and any desired toppings. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan if desired.

17. Place back in over for 3-5 minutes at 425 degrees or until cheese is golden brown.

18. Remove from oven, cut and enjoy!

I’d love to see how yours turns out. These could be really good with real bacon bits on them, sausage, pepperoni, or any topping you like! You could also dip in Ranch, or use 1/4 cup of tomato sauce for dipping, if desired. This has quickly turned into one of my favorites!

Bread Easy – Keto Peanut Butter Bread: Easy low carb peanut butter bread anyone can make!


Peanut butter bread is a delicious way to enjoy toast with breakfast, a sandwich, or a great low carb burger bun!


This Peanut butter bread easy recipe is one of the very first keto foods I learned to cook. When I first went low-carb, I had cravings for things like burger buns, sandwiches, and buttery toast with breakfast. Peanut butter bread easy kept me honest and helped me get through the tough days.

Make sure you pay close attention as it’s cooking. I almost over cooked mine. Also, a skinnier pan will give you a taller loaf. I recommend that, as mine came out a little bit flatter than I would’ve liked. Hope you all enjoy! Let me know what you think.

Keto peanut butter bread easy

Ingredients:

1 Cup – Natural Peanut Butter (lowest carb count you can find)
3 Eggs
1 T – White Vinegar
1/2 t – Baking Soda
1/4 t – Salt

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Grease standard bread pan.
3. Place mixture in bread pan and smooth out surface with spatula.
4. Bake at 350 Degrees for 30-40 minutes.
5. Allow to sit to cool for a short time.
6. Place bread on wire rack to cool.
7. Slice into slices and enjoy!

Voice Over Tips to land new clients FAST!!

Earlier this week, I promised I’d put out a brief outline of my prospecting process for you all. Finally today I got some time to get it done, and I came up with 5 voice over tips to land new clients fast. I’ve tried to include as many details and examples as I could so that it’s VERY easy to follow. I really hope some of you choose to try it out and experience great success. I’d be ecstatic if you’d share your experience/results with me!! Anyone who wants to do a 90 day trial and record the results to be documented in a future article, reach out to me! Business is a funny thing, isn’t it? I had numerous people who read my earlier post tell me I was crazy for sharing my prospecting process, and other voice over tips, with the entire community. After all, having done my first Voice Over at 6, it’s 22 years in the making and supports my lifestyle, right?

Here’s my take on that; My Father – a 32 year executive of Proctor & Gamble turned consultant – always taught me that the best quality product, paired with the best service and perceived value, will always win. Seems pretty basic, right? However, it’s so badly neglected in many industries these days. Focus moves to profits, not quality; service get’s diluted, and the overall shopping experience is ruined. I have no reservations sharing my process because I fully believe it will do nothing but elevate the level of competition, and in turn, elevate the quality and creativity required to be successful. That’s a win for everyone, including our clients!

Below find my 5 voice over tips for prospecting that work for me. I’d love to hear everyones thoughts on this, answer questions, or hear how you think I could improve it! Check back often for more voice over tips and trick. Enjoy!

1. RESEARCH & MAKE A LIST:
⁃ This is the most important step, so don’t skip it!! I’ve spent countless hours scouring Google under search terms like, “Auto Advertising Agencies”, or, “advertising agencies (insert city)” in order to find new potential clients to send my demo and information to. Get creative with this step. Exhaust all keyword combinations. You want to reach EVERYONE! I make sure I visit every companies website and ensure they have a need for VO services, look at their work, and generally evaluate if I think it’s a prime prospect. If I deem they are, I write their name down on my list, and back out to my original search. I repeat these steps until I have a full page of notebook paper filled with agency names from top to bottom.

2. CRAFT THE PERFECT EMAIL
⁃ Like step 1, step 2 is vitally important. IF they read your email, it will need to be designed to give them all the information they need VERY quickly. Include a few BRIEF intro facts about yourself/your work, tell them why you would make their job easier, and how you can bring value to THEM! I usually include a few short points of parity and points of differentiation (I.E. “I offer ISDN, ipDTL, Source-Connect, and Phone Patch for your connectivity needs” or, “I turn all reads around within (insert timeline) M-F during business hours”). They know I have all the connection capabilities all pros should have, and that my point of differentiation is my speed and efficiency. Short, sweet, but packed with info. Make sure you include your demos!!!

3. IDENTIFY BEST POINTS OF CONTACT
⁃ Now-a-days, many agencies have a page that show their staff. Some even have links to contact information for each person. That is a gold mine, and you should not ignore it! If this information is available, I scour the directory and CC each account exec, the production director/coordinator, and the executive overseeing the appropriate department. This ensures your email will not fall into a general mailbox where an intern who doesn’t know any better trashes it like every other marketing and spam email. Don’t skip this step. It drastically increases response rates.

4. PERSONALIZE THE OPENER ALWAYS!
⁃ Now that you’ve researched the company to ensure it’s a prime prospect, and scoured the directory to locate the perfect points of contact, you should know a little something about the company. In your opening line, tell them something you noticed about the company that made you want to work with them. This will show them that you’ve taken the time to research their brand, and have a specific reason why you think you’d bring value to them. This is your value statement, and it is likely the most important sentence you will write. Get good at this step, and watch the business come poring it. You will notice something else when you do this; by identifying how you can specifically bring value to each client, you step into every project with a crystal clear focus on how to best deliver for THEM specifically. Now that’s service, baby!

5. EMAIL YOUR LIST ONE-BY-ONE AND GROW!
⁃ Repeat step 3 & 4 for each name you wrote down in your original list. Once you’ve emailed every name on your list, start back over at step 1. If you do this properly, consistently, your product is high quality, and you always deliver, you will have nowhere to go but up! Watch how fast your book of business explodes!

Nintendo Makes a Switch and It’s Going to be Huge!

Okay, full disclosure, I’m not much of a “gamer” anymore, and when I do play it’s usually Xbox One, and almost exclusively NHL or Madden. That said, the soon-to-be-released Nintendo Switch© looks pretty amazing!

It seems like the ultimate device for both young and old, and a solution for inebriated gamer smack-talk when you just HAVE to crown a champion RIGHT NOW!

It’s basically the first (that I’m aware of) modern day hybrid gaming console. Play in handheld mode, dock it and play on your TV, or flip out the stand and play with a friend anywhere! It seems like the ultimate device for both young and old, and a solution for inebriated gamer smack-talk when you just HAVE to crown a champion RIGHT NOW!

Yahoo News reports the cost for one of these must-have devices to likely land around $249.99, based – allegedly – on a leaked internal memo from Best Buy. Experts suggest a $300 package bundled with a game is seemingly likely.

Arguably one of the best features is the Joy-Con controllers. The Switch comes with 2, Joy-Con L and Joy-Con R. You can snap both into a Joy-Con Grip when playing alone, and it will give you the standard video game controller feel that you’re used to. They also work as motion controllers, to give you a gaming experience similar to the Nintendo Wii. You can also flip out the kickstand, and use the Joy-Con’s independently, to allow for great mobile game play.

Helping Others: Prospecting, Collaboration, and the Plan for the New Year!

I’ve had a lot of friends and family asking me to keep a blog or vlog so they can keep up with all the different things I have going on, since I’m kind of tough to reach these days. After much delay, I present to you, the first of what will hopefully (time permitting) be many posts to the Eric Leopardi blog. I’ll do my best to keep updates coming once or twice a week, or more, and also share some great tips, tricks, and strategies to help the other VO folks out there! Let’s get started..

What a year last year was. It certainly had plenty of up’s and downs, but it ended on a very high UP. After years of trying, I finally signed with William Morris Endeavor. That’s the agency I’ve wanted to be a part of since I started in this business 22 years ago. Mission accomplished, and it feels good. Love it there, love the folks, and I couldn’t be happier. Got a second home in LA and started spending a lot of time working “in-town”. Certainly a unique and enriching experience, but I miss my Rocky Mountain paradise and hope to spend plenty of time in Colorado in the future. Also, I’ve started this year with a laser focus on new business development. I’ve built a nice, comfortable book of clients over the years, but I want to be careful not to rest on my laurels. I’ve started beating the pavement right out of the shoot, and it’s already paying off.

When I was building my career years ago, I used to force myself to email 5 new potential clients every business day. I did this for 2 years, and by the end of 2 years I had more business than I knew what to do with.

However with all that business, came extreme time constraints, so I moved away from prospecting and haven’t touched it in years. This year, I’ve decided that – no matter what I’m doing -I’m going to find a way to make time to email/call/network with at least 3 new potential clients every day. If I get too busy with sessions as the year starts, I’ve decided I’ll hire a studio assistant to lighten the load, so as to maintain my prospecting practices. New business development is the theme this year! So far, it’s paying off big time, too! 12 days into the year, I’ve picked up over $3,000 in new money from clients I connected with since the 1st of the year, on top of my usual book of business! Great, right!? I was very pleased with the initial surge from prospecting. Since the first, my prospecting has resulted in the following deliverables; I have signed with a new agency in a otherwise unrepresented market for me, have been added to the talent roster for one of the larger auto ad agencies in the country, and have been added to the talent roster for 2 new mid-tier auto ad agencies (Most of which have already booked something). Pretty great progress for under 2 weeks, eh!? There’s just no way around it, consistent prospecting delivers results consistently (see what I did there), when done right. I’ll be updating progress on my prospecting efforts regularly on here, so we can follow along together and make adjustments, when necessary.

I have a process I’ve followed since I began prospecting for VO many years ago, and when followed, it ALWAYS delivers results; and fast!!

For those of you in the VO business, I’ll try to put together a brief outline of how I do it, and post it for you to read soon. Maybe it’ll work for you, or maybe you have some ideas to make it better. Either way, let’s collaborate and talk about it; find a way to help each other.

That brings me to my next point; collaboration! I’m focusing on it this year. As many of you may know, I’ve not been the most social person the past 4 years or so, which was a big deviation from how I used to be. I was focusing so hard on my business and my own VO work, I made absolutely no time or effort to connect with people. Can you believe that? People, the most wonderful part about this industry/world, and I was TOTALLY ignoring it. That is changing this year! Life is so much more than dollars and cents, and it’s time I start seeing it that way. I want to meet new people every week, talk with other VO artists as much as possible, help where I can, and more than anything, collaborate and share experience. That is a key deliverable I’ve set for myself this year; Help others, connect with others, and collaborate. I’m focusing on it.
